• Names and contact details for students/children 

• Date of birth 

• Next of kin and emergency contact information 

• Payment details and financial information including transactions 

• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or additional support information (includes reasonable adjustments and special educational needs and disabilities) 

• Photographs 

• Lesson booking and reason for cancellation data 

• Account access information 

• Driving Exam results 

• Progress report 

• Information relating to compliments and complaints 

We also collect or use the following special category information for student education and welfare. This information is subject to additional protection due to its sensitive nature: 

• Health information

This data processor does the following activities for us: manage driving examiner online diary, process student payments, record of student lessons, record of student progress, students address and contact details, driving theory test details, driving licence details, driving tests booked and result. Enquiring manger widget to collect information for people wanting driving lessons.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
