Your contact details, driving experience, licence and test information, lesson records, payments, availability and relevant health or support information you choose to provide. Photographs and testimonials are used only with permission.
To answer enquiries, arrange and deliver tuition, manage bookings and payments, prepare for tests, keep appropriate lesson records, meet legal obligations and protect the safety and legitimate interests of TUZO, its learners and the public.
TUZO relies on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where consent is the appropriate basis. Relevant health information is handled only where an additional lawful condition applies.
TUZO may use Total Drive to manage lessons and may share information with service providers, professional advisers, insurers, regulators or authorities where necessary. Parents or carers may be included where appropriate and agreed. Public results, photos or testimonials are shared only with permission.
Learner and enquiry records may normally be kept for up to two years after the final lesson or last contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, insurance or dispute purposes.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection where the relevant right applies. You may also withdraw consent for future use where processing is based on consent.
